OTEC offers a $100 rebate for our members who have the following types of heating & cooling systems and install one of the approved thermostats.
- All Electric Air to Air Heat Pump
- Electric Ground Source Heat Pump
- Electric Forced Air Furnace
OTEC offers a minimum $600 incentive towards an all-electric new manufactored home that is construction to the National Energy Efficiency Manufactured (NEEM) home standards. The rebates are dependent on being certified as a NEEM 1.1 or NEEM 2.0.
