Responsible for managing the Cooperative's Member Services Program including communications, education, energy efficiency, and other services for Cooperative members and employees.
Develops and implements OTEC’s marketing efforts to promote the services, programs and brand of the Cooperative. Establishes strategies to enhance, create and fosters relationships with members, businesses and community partners to increase service levels and overall member satisfaction, loyalty and engagement.
The Human Resources Specialist or HR Generalist partners with the Human Resources/Safety team to coordinate, implement, and develop OTEC’s employee development and public safety programs, and to ensure program compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including OSHA, EEO, HR Law and other applicable areas.
