I authorize Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) to automatically charge my bank account to pay my OTEC bill each month. I understand that I will continue to receive my billing statements each month. I agree to keep my member and payment information current on OTEC’s files. Further, this agreement may be cancelled by OTEC and additional processing fees may apply if my payment transaction is refused by my financial institution. I may voluntarily cancel my agreement upon five days advanced notification to OTEC.  By signing up for bank draft I understand and agree to have bank draft as the only form of auto-pay on my account.
