Education powers the leaders of tomorrow. As part of Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative's ongoing commitment to community, youth and education, OTEC is proud to offer scholarships to our membership in Baker, Grant, Harney and Union counties! The OTEC Member Foundation Board of Directors approved a program to expand their scholarship offerings, creating the opportunity for memorial and named scholarships. If you are interested in creating a named or memorial scholarship, email memberfoundation@otec.coop.
OTEC offers scholarships to high school students, homeschool students, returning college students and adults entering educational and technical programs.
